on Tru TV right now. I'm home sick & stumbled upon it. I kinda remember the story. Woman attacks another woman at the Tea Cup ride. What I can't believe is no one got this on video/photo! It's Disney World! SOMEONE would have been able to catch this!!

Anyway, I'm intriqued & it's a bit more interesting to watch than anything else on!!

You missed the victim testifying but she wasn't very believable if you ask me. I know she was attacked but I think she was embellishing and faking a tic to make her injuries worse. She supposedly has this uncontrollable tic but it only happened when the lawyers would ask her about it LOLO

She hasn't even begun to sue Disney yet. As soon as she wins this one she will have the perfect case to sue disney and win. Especially since she requested that disney call the local sheriffs office and the security there refused to do so for 40 minutes. There were 140 people on that ride when the attack happened and the sheriff's office didn't get to interview any of them because security let them go and didn't call the SO for so long. She is going to end up with alot of money if this case comes out a win.

Okay. The friend's testimony. Do you think she is laying the groundwork to sue Disney, or what?

Her response when she sees her friend getting beaten up and her kids in the path is to say...and I quote..."I want the Orange County Sheriff's Department." Me? I would just be yelling "Help! Help! Security!" and grabbing my kids. I guess I don't think as fast on my feet as other people.

While I do think she is totally making her tic come up at the most appropriate times, I can totally see this happening. People are always budding in front of me when I'm waiting for this (my very favorite) ride!
