Why does my amount displayed on my banner not equate my account balance plus my cash out? I don't have any pending payment.

Mine is off too. I think mine if off by 4.50 and that is not including the 20.00 I have in pending. I really can't answer the question as to why though. But the total that is on there is 4.50 more than what I have earned so far this year including the money I have cashed out.

I wonder if it has something to do with us cashing out for less than face value on disney cards?

My banner balance equals all my earnings but not any special credits (such as contest winnings and the bonus from the June survey thing.)

If I add up all the earnings categories on the current earnings page (including referral bonus) I get my banner balance.

Mine is my account balance plus my cash out amounts but it doesn't equal the earned this year amount on my current earnings page. When I add up all the categories on the current earnings page it adds up but it just doesnt equal my year to date earning :confused: :confused: Oh well. Long as my account balance and my cash outs equal that number Im ok

I can quickly explain Janet's - you joined SR sometime early this year. I periodically audit the accounts and correct any accounting errors. There was a 4.5 error that came up (in your favor). It's like the Chance card in Monopoly - Bank error in your favor, collect 4.5. When I did these "account true up" transactions, I placed them with a date/time at the end of last year so that it would not change any of your YTD earnings statistics. So, if you look at the last page of your account history, you will see a true up transaction.

I will go check the others on this thread now.

your account should all equal now. there was an action item that thought it posted but did not. i pushed it through.

My acutal balance is showing $2.10 more than my banner is showing. Wonder why? :confused:

My acutal balance is showing $2.10 more than my banner is showing. Wonder why? :confused:

I am looking at your account. I totaled up each line in your current earnings (ie. paid clicks + paid emails + paid signups + bonus + credits) and got the same number as your banner. Your current balance + your debits also equals your banner so your account is fully balanced. Can you tell me where you see a $2.10 difference?

It was my error. I forgot to add the $2 for signing up and left of the 10cents from my shopping total. Sorry.:(
