OTX problem

I took an OTX survey the other night and got all the way through it and at the very end a page popped up that said "sorry, an error has occured..." and then I never got credit. That it very frustrating considering that it took me about 35-40 minutes to complete it. Is that a normal thing to happen?

Although there are sometimes technical issues with surveys, it is not the norm. I have been able to take an OTX 6 of the last 7 days without any problems. While it can be frustrating to run into an error, it should not happen frequently. Hope you have better luck with the next OTX!

I completed an OTX today a bout three hours ago and it never credited.
