Trouble Ticket from June 5?

I filed a Bob Greene's TT back on June 5th, that was from a May 21 purchase. I've still not recieved the credit, and it shows up still with no messages in my pending TT folder. I put in the email with headers properly and still nothing. This was before all the advertisers changed their policies, and I paid for the trial, so I don't understand.

Every trouble ticket is different. Some of them have to be submitted in batches. Some of them we can't file at all. But we do look through every single one of them as soon as they come in. We work them as far as we can until you eventually get a notice that it is either closed (because we can't do any more or we got credit) or it is submitted to the merchant and out of our hands.

I wish that we could do more with the trouble tickets. But honestly, we only end up getting credit for about 10% of them, especially since a lot of the advertisers stopped taking trouble tickets altogether. :(
