Landry's Gift Cards

I cashed out for two $25 Landry's Restaurants Gift Cards on August 16th. I'm leaving for my trip on September 18th. They should be here by then, shouldn't they?

Only Cindy can really tell you what is going on and she can't really help via the forums. I would suggest opening an Account Inquiry Trouble Ticket with your cashout info and seeing if she can help track it from there. I would think that you wouldn't have any problems getting it in time.

Since this is locked and others might be wondering we had a successful outcome to this via the trouble ticket system. :sunshine:

Gift cards arrived and were tucked away for safe keeping so all is well.

Just a reminder - the trouble ticket system is the way to go because SR was able to fix this issue in less than 24 hours!
