Is there a specific date DWTickets credit?

Like the 1st, 15th or the 30th of the month or ???? Or does it go by the date of the purchase?

I purchased on 8-1-08 was wondering if I should file a TT or wait a bit! This is the first purchase I made from them and I have to say I received my passes very quickly. :)
