How do I respond to a question in a trouble ticket? Sorry, Thanks.

I went back and looked at a couple of my old TTs and when there was a response from an administrator there was a "Respond" link below that allowing me to keep the conversation going. Is that not showing up for you?

If you do not have a response ticket then do it in a new TT under Account Question and make sure to reference the TT number of the ticket you are asking about.
