I don't know about the other stores but in Fort Wayne (IN), Penney's is having VIP night from 4-10. Supposed to have good sales and all clearance is an extra 40% of the already marked down price! Just FYI!

We're going school shopping, tomorrow. Tn is having a tax free wkend on school stuff (clothes, supplies, computers). The girls are excited. Me, I am not looking forward to looking for clothes for DD12. She moved into Jr sizes over the last few months and clothes just look way too old plus so many are against our dress code. She just turned 12 but looks 15. I have caught too many teenage boys looking her way, but when she takes off skipping, they figure out she isn't as old as she looks.

Good luck! I found some really great stuff. Of course my dd is only 4 so she isn't quite ready for jrs yet! :rotfl:

Enjoy dressing her. DD12 looks great in whatever she wears, but I want her to look like a great looking 12yr old. Somedays, even like a 7 yr old.:rotfl: I work OB and see way too many teenage girls.:(

My DMIL works OB too and she said it is so sad and sometimes she is just scared to let some of them take their babies home. :(

It is sad/scary. I take care of the babies, and some you just don't want to send home. But, we do get some great teen moms. I just mourn the loss of their teenhood. Being a teenager isn't easy, but there are some perks, and you have to give them up when you become a mom. There are wonderful mom perks, too, but it shouldn't be an either/or. KWIM?
