Vegas Cashout thoughts?

So, as of tomorrow I'll be at two months out for Vegas-w00t-which means that I've got to plot usage of my SR rewards. My traveling companion wants to avoid chain restaurants,* which leaves out much of the redemption options, including the possibity of a My Choice Gift card. My inclination is that I'll probably do PayPal, but would love to hear other thoughts on the subject.
*I have a Landry's gc I may use the day she's doing her own thing, plus I hope to hit Planet Hollywood.

i would love vegas cashouts also... i think we are in vegas more then disney wright now. the only thing beside paypal i figured out is getting the travelocity and book our hotels through that... sometimes you wouldnt find as good of deals that way.. but still the room is free!!!!! haha
