Is there a technical thread for OTX surveys?

Just did one and clicked the submit button and get a page that says:

Your survey has been timed out


??? Don't know how that could happen cuz it was moving merrily along, LOL

I know it wasn't a disqualification issue because the page said "Thank you for completing the survey", and underneath that is the "submit" button.

No there is no technical issues thread for OTX because there is nothing SR can to do help out. OTX and the 3rd party that runs these surveys for them are not willing to offer technical support.

Ok, then I guess this will just be a head's up. The survey was about a beer commercial.

I just got the survey again, and got the same error message after hitting submit, so it's not me as the survey was not inactive or anything of the sort. Thanks!

The OTX site has been down for awhile. I'm sure that when it comes back up, credits will come through.

i know this is not technical but has anyone noticed that it is getting just a wee bit harder on sundays to get an otx survey. this is the 2nd sunday i have not been able to get one (not griping - just stating my opinion).:confused:

I haven't had too much trouble getting into one but two days in a row now, I started a survey (same survey btw) and about 4 pages into it, I get an error page....and now of course if you click off of it, it thinks that you have taken a survey for the day and won't let you get into another one for 24 hrs. So frustrating.

Please remember that new members and the OTX company read this board. Let's not scare them all off!

OTX is like most other companies. They work Mon-Fri 8-5.

I'm going to close this thread now.
