How long does it normally take for a trouble ticket to be resolved??

It really depends on the merchant. There isn't a set amount of time. Most are resolved within 90 days or closed. Some merchants only allow SR to submit them once a month, some once a week and so on. Keep checking back on your TT to make sure Angie hasn't left you notes requesting more information or letting you know where your TT stands. Once it says submitted to merchant it is out of SR's hands and waiting for a response from the merchant.
