Question about Closed Trouble Ticket

I have some questions about a trouble ticket that was closed but don't know how to ask them. I think you aren't really supposed to ask in the forum but I didn't know what to do. If someone could tell me another way or what I need to do, that would be great.

The best way would be to open up an inquiry ticket and reference the closed one with your questions.

Not being a pain. That is best way because it keeps a record of the correspondence and keeps the request from getting lost. Things in the forums tend to get buried quickly and not noticed as fast. A TT under account inquiry is the fastest and safest way to get your question answered. Good luck!
