I placed an order with Newegg thru SR last Friday. Got an email today that my order has shipped but still nothing showing on SR for a pending credit. What do I need to do?

Do you mean Friday the 20th? If you do not see a credit pending within ten days, you can file a trouble ticket (under the members tab). Make sure to keep your confirmation e-mail as SR uses that to try to get credit for you.

Yes, it was Friday 20th, and I do have my confirmation email. Thanks for the advice.
