Disney cash outs with postage question

Now that the Disney cash outs include a postage fee, does that mean they're coming from SR directly or are they still coming from Disney Shopping?

I received my latest cash out today - cashed out at the end of Feb at the higher "includes postage" rate but my card came directly from Disney. Is Disney charging SR for shipping gift cards now?

I just switched them over this week. There may have been just a couple of you that cashed out on the switchover day. As of today (and the March 1 cashouts) most of the cards will be coming from me. Except if you cash out for something that I am out of. I'd rather have them send it to you so you get it faster than have them send it to me and then me send it out. Hopefully most of you are starting to see your cards in about 4 weeks again. :)
