Legoland Discover Center in NJ?

I saw in the Entertainment Book that Legoland Discovery Centre was to open in Spring 2009 in Xanadu, NJ. I tried looking it up, but it looks like it's not completed. Anyone in NJ know what is happening with it??

DS10 would absolutely love it, and it wouldn't be too far away to take him!
