NCIS last night Help

So last night there was a guy on there that I recognized but could not figure where he was from. Did anyone watching last night place him. He met with the team in a conference room.

It was the guy from Gilmore Girls...Zack...Lane's bandmate that she married.

I am a huge Gilmore Girl's fan. It is my only 1 hour of complete no kid no work no phone zone out time of day. :p
