Made some changes to the Big Board

I made a couple changes to the Big Board display page. First, it lists the time of last update and how long until the next update is triggered. This way you will know if some recent credits are included in your total or not. The second change is that the Big Board will display ranks 11-15 in a separate table. This will help those in the 9th and 10th spot to know if someone is very close to knocking you from the list.

And I just did another round of credits and refreshed the stats. So some of you moved up and down a little bit. I always get so anxious when I refresh the stats, and I am not even eligible to win. LOL!
