So on Thursday my mom mentioned one of her former students was participating in a Night of Giving at a localish mall, and she'd gotten tickets for us. I was pretty good with my Xmas shopping, but it sounded like fun. So we get there, we give our tickets, and we get a booklet. Apparently there are coupons we get-woohoo!
I wound up picking up some TSA locks for my trip, the free body splash from VS that Soccer Princess posted about, and the piece de Resistance..a Vera Bradley bag. I'd cashed out my Discover Cashback for a $40 gift card, and then they had 10% off-I paid less than $20 out of pocket for a $60 bag. :D
I highly recommend these if you're looking for a fundraiser or have a chance to buy one-there was also a string quartet, carolers, and Santa was pretty much alone-if you have wee ones.
