does vista always credit on the first day

Well I think it is usually a fast crediting offer. If you did an offer. If you did a shopping credit then that can take quite a while like normal. If you did an offer and it didn't credit the first day then I would think there was an issue. I do have to say though that Vista credits very well so if you didn't get it then I would check all of your settings and clean your system because something must have messed up your cookies.
