Did I open the cookie thread? I'd been planning on making hot and spicy pecans for our food day at work tomorrow, but now I'm debating making them spiced. :p :p

Go for it! A little spice isnt gonna hurt anyone, This time of yr is full of sweets. Why not give it a little kick?! I went to a party last night w/ a few GF and I took meatballls and instead of making them sweet I spiced it up with a secret sauce and EVERYBODY loved it. When I told them what I used them were wanting to know where I got it.
Your pecans just might be a hit!
I went with hot and spicy-they're coasted with butter, worcestire souce, garlic power, cumin and paprika.
