how to clear cookies on a Mac?

I just starting using a Mac (first time since the ancient ones in college), and I just figured out how to clear the cache in Safari, but I don't find anything to clear cookies.

Does anyone know? I'm about to do a little shopping, or at least I want to, and I want to make sure it has the strongest chance of crediting with SR!

Okies, I'll do my best to explain.

At the top Menu bars, go to the Safari menu (next to File). Click Preferences. Click the Lock (Security) tab at the top. Click Show Cookies. Click Remove All.
