Yet another paypal question

I have read all the posts I could find on paypal but for my own peace of mind I want to be sure I have it straight. I want to have the money in my paypal account by April 15th (vacation starts the 16th). I should cash out by March 15th correct? Thanks!

....and along that same line...

I can cash out on August 31 AND September 15 and both payments will be in my account by October 15, correct? (I am not concerned with the $500 max...it won't apply.)
