Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to pass this along and hope it helps someone. On Friday when I rec'd my package I opened it and found no telephone no. to call BMG - only an email address.
I googled them and found a number for them - it's 317-692-9200. I called them on Friday to ask them to cancel the account and to send a confirmation of the cancellation in the mail. I wasn't too confident with the customer rep I had on Friday so I called today to confirm that this was cancelled and they said yes, it was and that I should receive the confirmation of the cancellation within 10 days.
Hope this helps someone - I also emailed them but have heard nothing from them via email, so the call may be worth your time.
