Long Live Sample Survey Didn't Credit

Did I waste over an hour this morning? Feel like I'm being cheated again.
Here's the proof that I completed the survey. I did it like all the rest I do.

I've done 2 Live Sample surveys in the past week that have not credited. Up until this week I have never had a problem with them crediting. I did receive the congratulations page both times but no credit. Not going to try them again.
