What Does this Radio Loyalty Nonsense Mean?

"Thank you for your listening, however we only allow 1 player to be open at a time." Get real, I only have one Radio Loyalty player running any time. This blocks my access to Radio Loyalty. Is everyone else also being shut out?

I stopped doing radioloyalty since it kept crashing my web browsers while I was doing surveys at the same time, along with only half of the videos being credited- it just was not worth the few pennies a day for the aggravation.

I did just try it again tonight when I saw your post and it worked fine for me in IE10.

Worked perfectly for a while this morning. Same stupid message about the requirement to use only one Radio Loyalty progrsm at a time blocks access.
