Lets get going again. I'm setting a goal of 5 days a week of exercising 3 days weights and 2 days of cardio with anything else being a "bonus".

I still plan on posting in the weekly update thread with my weight loss progress but I wanted to start a challenge for everyone trying to get back into the swing of things before swimsuit season starts.

So anyone else want to join in. April 1 is Tuesday.

Yeah me! I made it 5 days last week mainly bc DS was on spring break so if I got up a little late it didn't matter bc I didn't have to rush home to get him ready for school. Much better then the week leading up to easter where I only made it 3 times. My goal is 5 days a week, doing cardio all 5 but 2 of hte days only 20 mins of warm up with more intense weight training.

Okay... Maybe this will keep me motivated to add in two more days... I've been doing a Deep Water Exercise twice a week for about a month and a half (with a week off around Easter)... But I've been thinking about adding in cardio 2x a week.

So my goal is 4x a week - 2x Deep Water Exercise class & 2x Cardio.

Count me in!! My goals for the month are to get 5 days cardio and 4 days weights every week (alternating upper and lower). Also want to get in some more walking other than what I do at work. Already got one day down, only four more this week!!

How is everyone doing? I've gone to the gym 3 times this week. Not exactly what I was hoping for but my week officially begins Monday so I can still go tomorrow and get a 4th day in this week.

Doing great! I met my goal this week of 5 days and I can really tell that my metabolism is starting to pick up. Now if I can just keep myself motivated this week to do it again!

Status check in? I just got back from the gym. So far I am in a Wed-Sun routine. Not too bad. Doing well with keeping up my cardio and my weight training.

So far I'm doing better this week! I made it to the gym Tuesday so that will be an added day this week. Aiming for 6 days of working out. :)

My big goal for this month was to be able to do my 5K running without having to walk. I just did a practice run outside and made the 3.1 miles. YEA!!

Update on me:
After realizing that I've been slacking WAY TO MUCH< i've put my nose to the grindstone. My goal is 4 days this week. I've gone Mon and Wed. I've also kept strict writing of my points something I havent' done in almost 2 yrs (I fall out of that habit SO easily!) I've already dropped 4 #'s from just writing down everything and realizeing that after dinner I really don't have any to spare. (Gotten better today) the kicker was when it warmed up this week and I realized I couldnt' fit into ANY of my shorts, low and behold I have 25#'s I need to lose again bc I acted like I could "wing" it with my food and just keep tgoing to the gym. I also stepped up my workouts this week. I went back to running on the treadmill, something I've avoided bc I would rather do it outside but it's been too cold at 5am. My favorite saying...

Now I need to stick with it!
