When I click on on "You have paid clicks available. Click here to go get them", I get "404 Not Found. The requested URL /ptc.php" was not found on this server."

This is the first time I've gotten this message (that I've noticed" since the changes to the website. Is there another place to go to click? I'm not finding anything.

I clicked on it and got this:

We are sorry for this problem...

Can't open template '/var/www/sunshinerewards.com/html/templates/english/sr2014/crediting/frameset.tml'

Tricia posted in another thread that they are aware of the issue and working on it.


Thanks for the Heads-up! SunshineGuy is on a plane on his way back home from a business trip but can hopefully fix it by tomorrow morning for us!

This should be all fixed!

Sorry about that. Apparently this was the first paid click we had done since we moved to the new site?

I've had a few other paid clicks on the new site, but this is the first that didn't work at all. I can only get the click to work if I go to Offers--Paid clicks and have had this issue since the site changed.

Didn't work the first time but when I followed the instructions, above, it worked.

I had to got to the OFFERS page also. The link on my Task list doesn't work. I entered! Cute tops :)
