I was happy to receive my birthday email. I clicked the link inside, but they the web page didn't say anything about my birthday.

It was really early in the morning, so I thought maybe my birthday surprise hadn't loaded yet, but I never saw anything when I connected. It is now 4 days later and I still don't have a credit for a birthday bonus.

Was I supposed to click somewhere special that I missed? I know it is just a few cents, but I'm curious.

Thanks.

I'm sorry it didn't work for you. You probably won't be able to use this until next year, but on your birthday, log in and go to the Member Zone. Scroll down to where it shows your progress towards Super Member for the quarter. There should be a link to receive your birthday credit there.

I don't think I have ever gotten a birthday email from SR, so hopefully this works the same way.

Same thing happened to me last October. Pretty sure it was a link in my account to click on but it didn't work. Tricia said she would look into why it didn't work and ended up crediting my account manually two weeks later. Never heard if they found anything. I've always gotten my birthday surprise in the past years and always look forward to it. HTH

That's odd. They had started showing up for people again in the task list in the member zone.

As an FYI...the birthday emails get sent to whatever email address you have set up for the forum. We don't actually send them out as part of SR. They are just an automatic function of the forum software. So we go ahead and include a line in there about the birthday credit in your account. But you can also get it without it.

If you want to file a TT, I can assign it to SunshineGuy and have him investigate again.
