So I have a friend from Puerto Rico that wants to join. Since it is a US Territory and has a zip code shouldn't they be able to? Help!!!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept PR members due to our advertisers' restrictions. :( We have some that will not allow us to market to PR at all. So we don't even include it in the dropdown menus so as to not disappoint them. We already disappoint a lot of Canadians. LOL!
