Do you just have to order any amount in a gift certificate and you get 7 credits? If so that is a great deal, we eat there all the time.

I didn't look into this one yet, but I think I read on another board that shipping was quite high. Maybe $5.95?

Yes - shipping is high - I looked into this one last night and shipping is $5.95. Which seems really high given that their just sending out an envelope with a gift card inside. Shipping is free if you spend $250 - we don't we much at Outback (not one near us) but I thought about one for my brother in law for his birthday but $250 is too much to spend on him.:p

Thanks for the info, it's not worth it to spend $5.95 for shipping when there is one right down the street.

I was just coming here to ask the same question. 5.95 is way too high for shipping. I guess I'll have to bypass this one.

I see this one differently. I would use the outback gift cards...so it is purchasing something I would anyway.

Shipping may be $5.95, but the reward is $7.00... so the net profit is $1.05

plus it is $7.00 closer to SM

so I'll probably do this one.

Good points faithhope. Hadn't really thought about it that way.

Outback is my BIL's favorite restaurant. I could get him a GC for Christmas. Does anyone know if the cards expire?

That is a valid point. :)

I decided to do it...based on the point made by others about a net profit, and getting close to SM status! = )

I hope it credits! I recieved the confirmation email, but I am still waiting on the credit.

Has anyone done this and gotten credit yet?

I got the credit for it! :cooldance:

I'm new on the discussion boards...I have been lurking, reading and learning the ropes of SR. I usually don't try anything first unless I see someone else had success at it...but it's a good offer. I got the credit in a few hours.

It's fun to find the "rewards" in everything isn't it?! I have this way of thinking a lot of the time too!! What?! Who cares that I spent $22 on 20 stamps...I'm getting $10 back!! So really, it was only $12 for the 20 stamps! :rotfl:

And I like to think that I saved myself from spending that money on something else that I wouldnt have used and wouldnt have gotten the rewards for. :rotfl:

Do you have to do a $50 dollar gift card or does any gift card purchase count?

I want to get one for a friend but don't want to spend $50 dollars (Yes I am cheap.. LOL). She watched my dog for a night and it is just a little thank you.

Did this offer disappear? or is it called something besides outback?
I'm having a hard time finding it... I'll kick myself if I missed this one (procrastination) because I meant to do it.

SCREAM! I already promised my husband a dinner at outback.
