I need to book air ticket to Florida for my stay in Sept. I found a great fare
on United. I see united . com is one of the shopping sites on SR that we can
get money back. I have previously used them for other flights... and have an
account set up with them. Will that matter? Can I still go thru SR to get my
new tickets?

When do they credit the money back? I would assume after travel is complete?

It should not be an issue of you signing into your account to book. What I would suggest is to write down the flight numbers, clear cookies, use SR link, search for flight numbers, add to cart and then check out (and at that time log into your account).

Normally credit is given after you complete your trip with hotels but I don't know about airlines. I would assume they would be the same way.

Ok, update to let everyone know I received my credit approx 1 week after I
purchased my air tickets. And I am not traveling until September. woohoo!
