Guidelines say cashouts take 3-4 weeks, so be patient. :)

Like Hedy said, it can be 3-4 weeks. Some rewards are sent out in batches about twice a month (like Disney gift cards, but I don't know about DD). It's possible they were sent out just before your cash out, so it takes a little while until the next batch is done. Sometimes it can be less than two weeks if you get lucky with the timing, but a good plan is to allow four weeks.

As I stated in your TT this morning when you said you cashed out the beginning of May instead of the 14th, our terms state 2-4 weeks, and you should be recieving any day.

Thats odd cause you were the only cashout on May 14th for DD and a TT was filed on it. Very weird. They asked the exact same thing you asked in the forum, almost verbatim.

How bizarre. The gal in the trouble ticket cashed out on the 14th and yours was actually on the 15th. LOL! And both of you asked on the same day. I would think you would both have them Saturday or Monday because they were mailed Wednesday.

So if I cashed out on the 17th, also for 20DD, mine also got mailed out Wednesday, also?? Or would they be in the next batch? Sorry, not trying to beat a dead horse, just on my trip countdown/panic mode :)
