Great contest! Thanks for the heads up! Also, thanks for the shoe recommendation. I think my current shoes are the reason for some pain I have after the 5K I just did and I may need to see about going to the local running store to get evaluated.

We bought new Saucony running shoes this weekend and I LOVE the way they fit! Thanks for the recommendation- I might not have tried them otherwise!!:)
