sorry y'all, i didn't mean to be the bearer of bad news, lol, but everyone on the DIS is complaining about the hold times for reservations. some people held over 2 hours and got disconnected before anyone ever even answered!
Congrats! I love booking ADRs (boy I miss the 180 days...)!! Makes you feel like your trip is complete!!
As for the wait times...ugh....whatever happened to the rumor of the new system was implemented because it was going to allow guests to book online?? Not that I had a lot of faith in that system, but at least I could do that at work & NOT be on my cell phone.

How exciting! Congratulations on getting all your ADRs. Wow, an hour on the phone. I will have to pass that info along to friends - they still can't call.
I called this past Saturday and was on the phone for about an hour and a half. The first time on hold was only about ten minutes, then I was transferred to the department handling the May/June ADR's where I was on hold for an hour or so. Then another twenty minutes to make my ADR's.
But the best thing is that they're DONE. :banana:
I'm kinda guessing ya'll didn't give them a good survey rating at the end of the phone call. My cellphone battery would've died before then.
It'd be a little easier to swallow if it was a toll free call!
