Love the increases, but I have a quick question. I want to order something from 1-800-pet-meds but the total price is $39.99 with free shipping. Would I still get the cash back or would I not get it because of it being a penny short of the $40 requirement? Also, a little more information, the original price of the item was $49.99 but the price was reduced to 39.99. Thanks!
