Signing up for survey company offers& netflix

A LONG time ago I signed up for several survey companies. I never did much of anything with them and have not filled out a survey (other than the ones on sunshine) in over a year. Can I click in the offers from Ipsos and lightspeed etc. through the offers link or will I get in trouble? Along the same lines. I was a member of nextflix, but left about a year ago. Can I sign up for that $10 credit?

For the ones that you are a member of you can only get credit once. Netflix only pays for NEW members so if you or anyone in your household has ever been a member it wont credit. The lightspeed and such offers you can only get credit once. If you got credit for them through another place you cant redo them.
