It could be that there just aren't any surveys for you to take. I haven't tried to take surveys this weekend - too busy. Have you cleared cookies? You might want to try clearing your cache, too.
Agree. AFAIK, that's the standard message when SSi does not have any surveys for you. Grayish screen with blue box?
Just because the stoplight is green, does not mean that you are going to get a survey.
