Is there somewhere I can go on SR to see the total number of surveys I have completed for the given month? I would just like to see my progress so I can make sure I get enought for the survey bonus.

In account history, you can count them up. The counter by the surveys is generally up around the 15th of the month.
Just added to the survey page. :)
The reward bonus is only for the daily survey and not the otx survey right?
