Buying Gift Cards from Stores?

Is it possible to buy gift cards from any store that is listed on sunshine rewards and get the cash back percentage? Or is it limited to the few stores that are listed under the "Cash Back on Gift Cards" page?

The ones on the Cash back on gift cards are the only ones we have.
