Has Giftcertificates.com shipping charges changed?

I bought an e-Supercertificate a few weeks ago and paid .95 for electronic delivery to me; then cashed it in for the individual gift cards I wanted.

This morning I tried to do the same thing. At check-out, the only delivery option was 'digital delivery' for a cost of $4.45. Unless I'm reading it wrong, the FAQ section on their site still seems to indicate a .95 charge for a Supercertificate delivery via email. Their Customer Service is closed on the weekend. Has anyone tried this recently?
