Anyone having trouble getting credit for surveys?

I took like 6 surveys today but not one is credited. SR says they can't do anything about it. Can anyone give me some advice?? I hate to waste my time doing surveys when they don't get recorded. I take these same type of surveys at other sites & have no trouble getting credit. Help!! :thanks:

If you are using your same ID name, password and e-mail, the other survey sites may see that you have already completed the surveys. Plus cookies may be set in your computer if you don't clean out your cache and this is how the surveys are also tracked.

That is why I don't join other sites and stay with Sunshine Rewards. I barely have the time to try all 9 surveys here or is it 10 now.

So try cleaning out your cache and give it a try again.

Are you taking the same surveys on other sites on the same days? Or even within the same 24 hour window? That would definitely impact credits.
