You do have to put your info in. I believe this info is in one of our stickies. I always use my cell phone number and monitor the numbers that come in!

yes you do in order to avoid being accused of committing fraud. They are paying you for your information so you have to provide truthful information. You can use a seperate email address that way you can keep the spam seperate from your master account.
