The popular offers are the ones that a majority of the SR members do and get credit for. It depends on what the offers are and if you are interested in the product as to whether you should do them or not (as credit is not always guaranteed). If its anything over $3 there will be a credit hold until the 15th of the following month. If they are under $3 it depends on if they are a fast crediting offer or a manual upload. The only way to tell is if they are listed in the fast crediting category under offer categories.
