How do I respond to a message in my TT?

I asked this a few days ago in another thread, but haven't had any responses yet.

I have a TT for Boca Java that was opened a few weeks ago. I just got a message from Admin in the TT this week. How do I respond to it? I don't see anything in my TT area about responding to a message.

There used to be a respond button. If that isn't there. Create a TT under the Account Question drop down and reference your TT number and reply through there.
