That's strange. I just clicked and it is $2.75 plus free shipping right now.

Bizarre. Its $2.75 until I log into my Amazon account (I have Prime) and then it changes to 4.49

I wonder if you have something set to auto-choose the Prime shipping options for any product? Maybe try clicking on the "More buying choices" option on the page and see if it lists them? I'm seeing quite a few right now actually ranging in price from $2.74 to $3.95 all with free shipping.
