Potential Survey Issue?

Might just be me, but the last few times I've tried to click on a Global Test Market Survey, this link pops up:

https://pantherainteractive.com/Geo-targeted.html

Doesn't seem like the typical "no surveys available" type of screens that show up, so not sure if it's just me or if it is redirecting incorrectly?

I seen that before, if using Firefox, when they are no surveys that what I get, if I move to Chrome just get no surveys available,
