Symantec Question...

I just renewed my Norton 360 through Symantec on SR. IIRC, last year when I did this, it took F-O-R-E-V-E-R to get the credit. I think it was about 4 months later that it showed up.

Should I file a TT right at the 10-day mark if the credit doesn't show as pending by then? I know that others have had issues with Symantec too and I wondered if it has gotten better lately.

Yep. If you don't have credit by the 10 day mark, file a TT and we will get it filed with them ASAP.

I just recently renewed my Norton through Symantec and received credit in a couple of days, so hopefully they are getting better. :)
