I think maybe overnight? That way that aren't constantly hitting the server for updates when people go to your pages.
Must be every few days. I'm twiddling my thumbs and trying to be patient. Usually don't watch it, but really ready for it to make that jump to over $1200. Then it will be a little while until I'm ready for it to be $1300. :D
