Amazon is instant and Giftcertificates.com where they can actually pick their own from a list of gift cards.Quote:

Kolhs and barnes and noble are both good. I use them both for last minute gifts.
iTunes does emailable gift cards and you get SR credit for them (but not the ones you have physically mailed to you).
