I submitted a trouble ticket last month. It is stuck in the bookit.com system. How can I check on it? There is no email button to click.

I am stuck in a rut of not being one of the lucky 600 to get a scratch off ticket. Have been stuck since I got off my cruise in June! Ugh, I miss my 1-3 pennies. Every little bit helps!

Well apparently walking away from the computer for a while worked. When I came back and tried again, I got the second screen and got my pic loaded!

I got another email welcoming me with all my info yesterday after they had told me my account would be cancelled. Well this email gave me my "sign-up" day. It gave me the date of 6/3/07. I wonder...

I did the brandarama too on 5/29. Never saw a confirmation from them but found out today that the DVD I "ordered" from CH is on back order as is the welcome package. How is that for ya!! I emailed...

My account was credited on my next bill. I was very pleased to see it happen so quickly and the guy I spoke to just said ok and took it off. Hope it works out for you quickly too.

I had that happen a few months back and the guy I spoke to was very nice and credited my account immediately. Yes I would notice an extra charge on my phone bill. I notice the ups and downs of it...

Ok it has been 10 days and I have not seen a credit for this one so I have posted a trouble ticket. I'll keep you updated to what happens from here!
